PROJECT SUMMARY
Constructed under a lease / leaseback agreement between Riverdale Unified School District and Durham Construction Company, Inc., the Riverdale Community Education center serves as the District office and support facilities for the school district. Designed by Teter A&E architects, the building is a slab on grade wood frame construction with Architectural elements of thin brick veneer and exterior plaster.
