PROJECT SUMMARY

Construction of a new 8,672 sq. ft career and technology building under a lease / leaseback project delivery method on the Minarets High School Campus in North Fork, CA.   Scope of work included site development of utilities and parking, concrete foundation, masonry exterior walls, structural steel framing, wood framing for the roof and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to support the building and various classrooms.  Durham worked closely with Chawanakee Unified Representatives on the project to provide value engineering solutions to the project which resulted in a net credit to the District of nearly $150,000.
