PROJECT SUMMARY
The Clovis Fire Station #1, a 10,248-square-foot facility in Old Town Clovis, earned a Guide Excellence in Construction Award. Durham Construction company, Inc. worked closely with the City of Clovis to provide Value Engineering cost savings items to the City in which reduced the overall project cost substantially. Durham Construction Company, Inc. crews performed all the structural Rough Carpentry for the project. The exterior of this station uses traditional design aspects such as the civic tower element, arches, plinth, and massing to match that of its neighbors.
