PROJECT SUMMARY
The Clovis East High School Soccer Stadium project transformed the school’s existing regulation soccer field into a premier athletic facility. The nearly year-long construction project was constructed under a CM Multi Prime contract in which Durham Construction Company, Inc. working as the construction manager for the project. The project was executed in two phases: Phase 1 developed the soccer field with a state of the art underground water drainage system, and Phase 2 Bleachers accommodating 1,500 fans, Two field houses with bathrooms, a ticket booth, concession stand, a state of the art video scoreboard, lighting, and a sound system. The stadium enhances the student and community experience, providing a top-notch venue for soccer competitions for the Clovis Unified School District.
