PROJECT SUMMARY
Durham Construction Company, Inc. was selected by the County of Fresno for an important commercial renovation project for the community. Our firm was tasked with converting a 13,969 SF Fresh and Easy grocery store to a County library. Durham was involved early on in the design phase as was able to work the architect and consultants through the building permit process. The project was a complete interior renovation with all new MEP systems (mechanical , electrical and plumbing) and an interior build out of various rooms with a reception area.
